Launch Ceremony of Quality Month

On September 5, the company held the launch ceremony of the "Quality Month" campaign under the theme of "Strengthening Basic Quality Technical Capabilities and Enhancing Quality and Safety Assurance Levels".

The meeting first disseminated and interpreted the Company’s "Quality Month" campaign plan, clarifying the overall arrangement, key tasks, and specific work requirements. Subsequently, Mr. Sun Haitao, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of the company, delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing that quality is the lifeline of enterprise survival and development and the core advantage in market competition, and put forward the following requirements for the 2026 "Quality Month" campaign: First, strengthen supervision and inspection, using the "crackdown on illegal and non-compliant practices" as a lever to carry out full-coverage quality hazard identification; Second, deepen digital and intelligent empowerment, promote the transformation of management models, and rely on the project management system to drive the transformation of quality management toward pre-event prevention; Third, tighten and consolidate quality responsibility at all levels, strictly implement the three-level quality acceptance system, and integrate quality control throughout the entire process of business planning, implementation, commissioning and O&M, and service support; Fourth, foster a quality culture, enhance the capabilities and competence of all staff, guide every employee to practice the concept of "everyone is a quality responsible person", and create a strong atmosphere in which everyone pays attention to quality and jointly ensures quality.

At the end of the ceremony, all participants signed their commitments on the theme banner of "Strengthening Basic Quality Technical Capabilities and Enhancing Quality and Safety Assurance Levels".

Going forward, the company will closely follow the campaign theme, solidly advance the series of "Quality Month" activities, continuously consolidate the basic quality technical foundation, standardize control processes, tighten responsibilities at all levels, and continuously enhance the quality assurance capability of its main business, providing solid support for the Company’s business high-quality development.
