Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the company) is the subsidiary of SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and the third-level subsidiary of POWERCHINA. The company is a high-tech enterprise that specialized in commissioning and O&M (operation and maintenance) of electric power, seawater desalination, new energy and infrastructure projects. The company has the Power Supply Project Commissioning First Class Qualification, the Power Grid Project Commissioning Second Class Qualification, the Power Facility Installation (Repair, Testing) Second Class Qualification, the Enterprise Credit Grade AAA Certification, the High Technology Enterprise Certification, the Qualified Laboratory Certification of CNAS, the Energy Performance Contracting AAAAA Level Certification, and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, the ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System Certification and the ISO 45001:2018 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification.

Relying on the group company’s EPCO industrial chain strength, the company innovatively created the Integrated Commissioning and O&M Service Mode to provide the integrated and full-chain technical services for various types of electric power projects’ commissioning, trial operation, operation, maintenance, repair, testing, technical supervision, technical transformation, spare parts supply, personnel training, etc. Since its establishment in July, 2006, the company has executed more than 300 projects including over 120 commissioning and trial operation projects, over 80 O&M projects and nearly 200 testing projects in domestic and almost 30 countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Africa and South America. The total installed capacity of commissioning and trial operation exceeds 57GW, and the total installed capacity of O&M is above 49GW, both the unit quantity and total installed capacity of commissioning and O&M lie in top of the industry. The company’s commissioning and O&M achievements cover various types of traditional energy and new energy units including coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired, CSP (concentrated solar power), photovoltaic, wind power, seawater desalination, geothermal power generation, energy storage, infrastructure, nuclear power conventional island, biomass power, which makes the company became the one of the professional commissioning and O&M companies with advanced equipment and the largest professional team, the maximum annual average numbers and the widest types of commissioning units, and the richest overseas commissioning and O&M achievements among its Chinese counterparts.
