Indonesia Bengkulu O&M Project #1 Achieves 200 Consecutive Days of Safe Operation

As of August 25, Indonesia Bengkulu O&M Project Unit 1 has achieved 200 consecutive days of safe operation since its successful start-up on February 7, 2026, with cumulative power generation reaching 293.4 million kWh.
Since mobilizing to the site, the project team has consistently adhered to the policy of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management," strictly enforced the closed-loop management of the "two permits and three systems", continuously standardized the closed-loop management of work permits and operation tickets, strictly implemented shift handover, patrol inspection, and regular equipment testing and rotation systems, and deeply integrated safety management into the entire production and operation process through refined management and standardized practices, continuously enhancing the project’s intrinsic safety management level.
During the O&M period, in the face of complex operating conditions and harsh environments, the project team precisely regulated and optimized parameters, increased inspection frequency, carried out special rectification and cleaning, and strengthened closed-loop hazard management, resolving a series of difficulties such as frequent coal blockage, poor slag discharge, and equipment aging with resolute commitment. In addition, the project team specifically improved emergency plans for extreme weather such as thunderstorms and earthquakes, strengthened special inspections for lightning protection, rain protection, and earthquake resistance of equipment; tracked grid parameters in real time, continuously optimized combustion adjustment for low-rank coal, and strictly implemented safety production control measures, making every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit and continuous efficient power generation. To date, the operating parameters of all plant systems remain stable, equipment conditions are good, and the project has earned full recognition from the owner.
Going forward, the project will continue to follow the deployment of the "Year of Project Management Improvement" campaign, solidly carry out production O&M work such as equipment inspection, fault diagnosis, and regular maintenance, and leverage high-quality performance to support the steady and long-term development of the Company’s overseas business.
