At 21:20 on June 29, Qinghai Gonghe Phase II 100MW CSP Commissioning & Trial Operation Project achieved one-time success in turbine rolling, with all operating parameters stable and meeting standards. This marks another core commissioning milestone following the successful completion of steam blowing, laying a critical foundation for the subsequent full-unit start-up and full-capacity grid connection.

The project is located in a high-altitude area, with complex commissioning procedures for the concentrated solar power collection and thermal storage system, covering multiple tasks such as receiver logic setting, multi-condition hot trial operation, and system interlock testing. Prior to this rolling, the project team in coordination with all participating units, refined the full-process safety control plan. On-site commissioning and trial operation personnel remained on duty 24 hours a day to monitor equipment operating status, efficiently completing preparatory work such as water circulation testing, multi-condition receiver commissioning, and control system redundancy verification, and precisely addressing various on-site issues caused by high-altitude conditions, playing a critical role in ensuring the one-time success of the turbine rolling.

Going forward, the project will strictly follow contract requirements, orderly carry out subsequent work such as full-process trial operation of the concentrated solar power collection and thermal storage system, performance tests, and full-unit integrated commissioning, strictly adhere to quality standards and safety bottom line, and drive the project toward high-quality and efficient performance.
