12 Days Ahead of Schedule: Jordan DISI PV O&M Project Completes First-Year Power Generation Task of 2026-2028 O&M Contract

On September 23, Jordan DISI PV O&M Project completed the first-year power generation task of the 2026-2028 O&M contract 12 days ahead of schedule, demonstrating the refined O&M management level and efficient performance capability of the company's project team.

Since the project transitioned to the O&M phase on October 5, 2023, the project team has consistently upheld the working principles of "High Standards, Strict Requirements, Detail Orientation, and Pragmatic Implementation", continuously strengthening equipment operation management and hazard identification and governance in light of actual local conditions in Jordan such as high temperatures, sandstorms, and grid load variations. In 2026, the project team thoroughly implemented the Company’s "Year of Project Management Improvement" deployment requirements, focusing on key equipment including inverters, combiner boxes, SVG, substations, and high-voltage lines, continuously strengthening routine inspections, special inspections, maintenance and defect elimination, and closed-loop hazard governance, and carrying out special governance for key issues such as summer high temperatures, equipment heat dissipation, and cable and MC4 plug wiring, continuously improving the health level and operational reliability of power plant equipment.

In terms of increasing power generation, the project O&M team fully leveraged the role of the SCADA system, monitored equipment operating status and power generation parameters in real time, and promptly optimized operation strategies based on meteorological conditions and equipment operating conditions. At the same time, the project continuously carried out PV module cleaning, equipment defect elimination, and hazard rectification, minimizing the impact of equipment failures, module dust accumulation, and other factors on power generation efficiency, providing strong support for the safe and efficient operation of the power plant and the early completion of the annual power generation task.

Going forward, the project will continue to follow the requirements of the Company’s "Year of Project Management Improvement" campaign, solidly carry out equipment O&M and safety production work, continuously improve the power plant’s operational efficiency and health level, and drive the project toward high-quality performance.
