2026-05-28
In order to accelerate the construction of a localized talent team for overseas projects and further consolidate the foundation for safe and stable operation of the power plant, from May 16 to 26, the Indonesia Bengkulu O&M Project, based on actual production needs, organized special skills improvement training for its international staff.
The Indonesia Bengkulu O&M Project closely focused on the core requirements of unit operation and, taking into account the job characteristics and skill gaps of international staff, carefully formulated a tiered and categorized training plan. The training content covered key modules including safety regulations, equipment principles, inspection standards, operating procedures, abnormal condition handling, and the "Two Permits and Three Systems". The project innovatively adopted a model of "focused theoretical instruction + on-site practical operation + mentor-apprentice pairing". Chinese operation backbones served as lead instructors, breaking down language and technical barriers through on-site demonstrations, simulated operations, and fault case reviews, transforming professional knowledge into easy-to-learn and easy-to-master practical skills. The training focused on enhancing the inspection quality, monitoring accuracy, emergency response speed, and standardized operation level of international staff.
During the training process, the project adhered to the principle of "promoting management through training, improving efficiency through learning, and strengthening capability through practice", deeply integrating training with daily duty, equipment maintenance, and hazard identification. The international staff showed great enthusiasm for learning, and their overall skill levels and safety awareness were significantly improved. The team’s execution capability, collaboration ability, and emergency response capacity were comprehensively enhanced.
In the next step, the project will continue to improve its normalized training mechanism, optimize training content and methods, and strive to build a localized operation team with solid technical skills, a pragmatic work style, and efficient coordination, providing strong talent support for the high-quality development of the company’s overseas business.
