Bengkulu Power Station Achieves 100% AFPM Completion Rates for Full-Year 2025

As of 12:28 on December 27, both the December 2025 and full-year 2025 AFPM completion rates for the Indonesia Bengkulu Power Station reached 100%. The project successfully completed its annual power generation target of 980 million kilowatt-hours eight days ahead of schedule on December 23.
Since taking over the project, the company’s O&M project team has faced challenges including numerous handover stages, heavy workloads, and complex procedures. The team meticulously organized and established a handover task list, detailing tasks such as equipment verification, document transfer, and data confirmation item by item, clarifying responsible persons, work teams, and completion deadlines. By implementing "list-based management and milestone tracking", they ensured that all tasks were assigned to individuals, processes were controllable, and results were verifiable, ultimately achieving the set goal of "seamless transition and stable handover". During the production O&M phase after taking over the units, the project O&M team quickly activated emergency response plans to address challenges like wet coal agglomeration caused by continuous rainfall and widespread equipment hidden hazards. They promptly cleared accumulated water in the coal yard, rationally blended and optimized coal feeding processes, effectively alleviating blockages caused by wet coal. Each specialty department conducted in-depth analysis of equipment operating conditions, optimized maintenance strategies, increased inspection and maintenance frequency for critical equipment, and efficiently completed fault rectification tasks. These efforts significantly enhanced equipment operational reliability, laying a solid foundation for the power station’s sustained safe and efficient operation.
In the next step, the project team will continue to optimize production management processes, enhance O&M management levels, make every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the units, and promote the high-quality and steady development of the company’s overseas business through excellent contract performance.
