Company organizes outdoor training for new employees

On September 5, 2022, Huafeng Weiye Company organized an outdoor training according to the orientation training plan for the new employees, and 41 new employees participated into the training.
The training activities are diverse and colorful. In the team building expansion project, all members were divided into three groups, and under the leadership of the coach, they successively carried out a series of team competition project. All the team members united and cooperated with each, moved forward together with the same goal, and finally completed the tasks and made the event a perfect ending.
Through the training, the team cohesion and collaboration of the new employees were enhanced, and the youthful appearance and strong executive power of the new employees were displayed, which laid the foundation for the new employees to better integrate into the team.
