Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organizes donation activity

On September 6, 2022, Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organized a donation activity to support local people fighting against flood.
Since mid-June, Pakistan had been suffering from heavy rainfall and flood. At present, 1/3 of the country's land has been flooded, more than 30 million people are affected, a large number of farmland and houses are damaged, and the direct economic loss has exceeded 10 billion US dollars. In order to help the people in the disaster-stricken areas to overcome the current difficulties and rebuild their beautiful homes, according to the initiative of the POWERCHINA Representative Office in Pakistan, the project made overall planning and careful organization, increased publicity efforts on the premise of voluntary donations, widely mobilized employees, and actively organized donations. After the donation proposal was issued, the Chinese and Pakistani employees of the project responded positively and donated money one after another, hoping to use their little contributions to create a warm stream of love and help the Pakistani people to fight the disaster.
The donation activity showed the boundless love of the company, practiced social responsibility with actions, reflected the responsibility of the central enterprise, and made great contribution to the Pakistani people to fight the disaster.
