Huafeng Weiye Company, leveraging its solid technical expertise and efficient contract fulfillment capabilities in the execution of existing contracts for operational guidance and thermal maintenance of the Ras Al Khair Project in Saudi Arabia, successfully secured the HVAC system maintenance contract for the same project. On May 17, 2026, the owner, Saudi Water Authority (SWA), officially issued the commencement permit, marking the full commencement of the HVAC system maintenance contract.

Since taking over the operation and maintenance work of the Zwar project in Saudi Arabia in 2017, the project team of Huafeng Weiye Company has always adhered to the cooperation philosophy of "synergizing with the owner and creating value together", closely aligning with the owner’s needs and fully ensuring the safe and economical operation of the units. The newly signed contract covers the maintenance of all HVAC systems at the Zwar water plant and power plant, with core content including preventive and corrective maintenance work for key systems such as refrigeration stations, fresh air handling units, and AHU processing units. The implementation of this contract fully reflects the owner’s recognition of the professional operation and maintenance capabilities of the Huafeng Weiye Company project team, promoting the deepening and upgrading of cooperation between both parties from core operation control to full-system operation and maintenance support, and further consolidating the good cooperative relationship between Huafeng Weiye Company and the owner.

Next, the project team of Huafeng Weiye Company will continue to adhere to the requirements of the company’s "Project Management Improvement Year" campaign, focus on efficiency improvement and value creation, continuously strengthen project execution control, fully engage in on-site equipment production and operation maintenance, and further enhance the company’s brand awareness and industry influence in the Middle East power market.
