Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Cogeneration O&M Project Achieves Continuous Safe Production for 600 Days

As of 24:00 on June 10th, Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Cogeneration O&M Project has achieved continuous safe production for 600 days. The two units have cumulatively generated 4.053 billion kWh of electricity, 3.807 billion kWh of on-grid electricity, and provided 2.7 million GJ of residential heating.

The project has steadily completed various key tasks, including grid-connected power generation, full-load trial operation, normalized peak shaving and supply guarantee, and heating for people’s livelihood. It has achieved a smooth transition from equipment commissioning to stable operation, and from trial operation and production to efficient power generation. Since entering the site, the Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW cogeneration operation and maintenance project team of the company has always prioritized safety production. They have regularly conducted equipment patrol inspections and hidden defect investigation and rectification work. They have identified more than 360 on-site safety hazards, with a rectification rate of 97.3%. There were more than 1,900 equipment defects, with a defect elimination rate of over 95%. They have achieved early detection, early treatment, and full closed-loop management of equipment defects and potential hazards, achieving zero safety accidents over a long period. With a normalized and refined safety control model, they have effectively ensured the continuous safe and stable operation of the unit.

Next, the project department will take the 600-day safe production as a new starting point, refine the special operation plan for peak load during summer, continuously deepen the fine management of equipment throughout its entire life cycle, ensure the long-term safe and efficient operation of unit equipment, and go all out to face the new round of peak load during summer, promoting the project to achieve high-quality performance.
