To further strengthen localized management and enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion among foreign employees, on April 7, Huafeng Weiye Company's Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair O&M Project organized an Eid al-Fitr celebration event for its foreign staff. Project leadership, departmental managers, and representatives of foreign employees participated in the event.

 

At the event, Chinese and foreign employees gathered together as the project team presented Eid al-Fitr gift packages to the owner and Muslim foreign staff, extending festive greetings and best wishes. On behalf of the project team, Project Manager Wu Haifeng expressed heartfelt thanks to the Muslim employees who remained dedicated during Ramadan and highly commended the significant contributions made by international staff to the project’s operations.

 

This event further boosted the enthusiasm and morale of foreign employees, fostering a united and harmonious working atmosphere among Chinese and foreign staff. It also played a positive role in advancing the project's localization strategy. Moving forward, the project team will continue to implement the "Year of Management Innovation" initiatives, actively promote the strategy of "localization and internationalization of personnel", make efficient use of local resources, and strive to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project units, thereby contributing to the high-quality execution of the project.
