On the afternoon of April 2, the first 2025 batch of Shift Supervisor and Commissioning Manager Training Program of Company successfully concluded at the International Academic Exchange Center of Qingdao University. Peng Hong, Party Secretary and Chairman of Company, attended the event and delivered a speech.
At the closing ceremony, Peng Hong elaborated on the company’s 14th Five-Year Strategic Plan and the work arrangements for the "Year of Management Innovation." He engaged in discussions on Company’s internal and external landscape, business performance, domestic and international development directions, and key annual tasks. He also put forward the following expectations for all trainees. He emphasized the importance of recognizing both achievements and shortcomings, maintaining confidence, facing challenges head-on, taking responsibility, and becoming practical doers who deliver results. He urged everyone to adopt a holistic mindset of "Technology as the Foundation, Commercial Management as the Core", striving for excellence in both technical expertise and business operations to become pioneers in their fields. He called for a strong sense of national responsibility, encouraging trainees to shoulder their duties and serve as vanguards in driving high-quality development. He stressed the need to push forward reforms, break through challenges with innovation, and focus on the "Year of Management Innovation" to become leaders in deepening comprehensive reform. He also underscored the importance of discipline and self-regulation, urging everyone to uphold the principles of "Three Precautions”, keep a clear account of "Three Accounts", and uphold the "Three Red Lines" to set an example of integrity and professionalism.
During the event, honorary certificates were awarded to five outstanding trainees, and a representative of the outstanding trainees shared insights on the training content and personal reflections.
