The occupational skill level certification work of Company has successfully passed the renewal review by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security

On February 19,  Company received a letter from the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security approving the continuation of its occupational skill level certification work. This marks the successful renewal of  Company’s self-assessment of enterprise skilled talent and occupational skill level certification by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

 

Carrying out the self-assessment of enterprise skilled talents and occupational skill level certification is an important initiative for the company to adapt to the new stage of development and implement the new development philosophy. To further improve the self-assessment of talents, ensure a successful renewal review, and continuously optimize the talent training platform, Company actively coordinated with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus of Qingdao and Laoshan District regarding evaluation policies, communicated review details, integrated resources, and strictly followed the requirements for talent self-assessment. After the initial review by Laoshan District and the re-examination by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the certification was successfully approved.  Company is now authorized to continue conducting self-assessment for seven skilled worker categories, including electricians, boiler operators, central control operators, and chemical technicians, covering seven skill levels from apprentice to senior technician.

 

Next,  company will closely align with the requirements of the company’s "Year of Management Innovation" initiative, focusing on key aspects such as "selecting carefully, nurturing excellently, managing strictly, and utilizing effectively". Company will integrate diverse social resources and accelerate the cultivation of a competitive talent resource advantage, providing solid talent support for the company’s high-quality development.
