On the afternoon of May 11, Mr. Fang Yong, Vice President of Cambodia's Royal Group, and his delegation visited the Company for an exchange and discussion. Peng Hong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, Wang Jian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, as well as other company leaders and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Peng Hong extended a warm welcome to Fang Yong and his delegation, and gave a detailed introduction to the Company's core business, performance capabilities, and management system. The two sides then engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including cooperation in overseas power plant operation and maintenance, specific project execution plans and operational management, as well as technical experience in O&M. Fang Yong fully recognized the company's overseas achievements, O&M capabilities, and service quality. He also shared Royal Group's development and investment plans in Cambodia's energy sector, along with an overview and construction progress of its LNG + gas-fired combined cycle power plant project. Both parties expressed their hope to take this meeting as an opportunity to fully leverage their respective strengths, explore cooperation opportunities, and achieve win-win development.

During the visit, Fang Yong and his delegation, accompanied by the leadership of the Company, toured the company's simulation training classroom and corporate culture showroom, where they gained a detailed understanding of the company's development overview and business layout.

This exchange and discussion significantly deepened mutual understanding and trust between the two parties, laying a solid foundation for further practical cooperation in the energy sector in Cambodia and the broader Southeast Asian region, and for achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
