        1. Commissioning

        The company has superb commissioning technology for various types of units and rich experience of electric power project commissioning both in domestic and abroad, and has mastered commissioning and testing standards of more than 20 countries. It has core competence in APS (Automatic Power Plant Startup and Shutdown System), DCS logical configuration, FCB (Fast Cut Back) isolated island operation, RB (Run Back) function testing, performance testing, and other aspects. The company's directly affiliated R＆D institute, Electric Power Research Institute, has the Qualified Laboratory Certification of CNAS, mainly engages in performance testing of power plant main/auxiliary equipment, performance testing before and after maintenance, fuel balance, electrical balance, plant water balance, grid related testing, special testing, and intelligent power plant technology research, and the uncertainty evaluation is at the world-class level. It can undertake testing works including boiler thermal efficiency testing, turbine heat rate testing, plant heat rate testing, unit pollutant emission testing, unit noise testing, unit dust testing, desulfurization efficiency testing, auxiliary equipment efficiency testing, for various types of units including coal-fired, oil-fired, gas combined cycle, CSP, internal combustion engine, biomass, etc., according to international mainstream standards such as ASME, GB, EPA, ISO, etc. It has executed more than 200 domestic and overseas projects including over 40 units of 300MW and above, more than 20 units of 600MW and above, and 7 units of 1,000MW and above.

7. Spare Parts Supply

The company has a mature procurement and logistics management system, can provide a complete management program including planning, procurement, surveillance, shipping, storage, application and after-sales service of power plant equipment, spare parts, materials, instruments and chemicals, according to the project’s characteristics and the customer’s needs. 8. Training

The company has advanced Training and Simulation Center equipped with a 200m² simulation training classroom built in accordance with the first-class standards of the domestic industry, rich collections of physical dynamic models of power station equipment, and 14 sets of full-range simulation machine systems covering various types of units, including gas turbine single-cycle, combined cycle, supercritical/ultra-supercritical coal-fired units, CFB, CSP and other models, forming a comprehensive and advanced simulation training resources. The company has a mature simulation training system and a complete courseware system, and can provide complete O&M training service such as manufacture training, O&M theory training and simulated operation training to the owners.
