2015
(1) On March 5, 2015, participated in parent company’s donation activity and raised more than 16500 yuan.
(2) On May 13, obtained the Class A Boiler Chemical Cleaning Qualification Certificate from CBWQA of AQSIQ.

2014
(1) In February, our company signed the contract of O&M Service of Papalanto 335MW Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Station, Nigeria with Pacific Energy Company Limited; On 17th, March, Huafeng Weiye Company’s thermal power commissioning qualification level certificate passed the reexamination from CEPCA.
(2) On 17th, March, Huafeng Weiye Company achieved power grid engineering C grade commissioning qualification certificate from CEPCA.
(3) On 19th, March, the company established the O&M Department and appointed Mr. Ma Teng as the manager.
(4) On 9th, April, the official seal both in Chinese and English was put into use.
(5) On 14th, April, Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd finished its industrial and commercial change:
a. The shareholders were changed as SEPCO III (held 54%), Mr. Ni Jiawei (held 25%), Mr. Shi Huaiwei (held 16%), and HTG Group Company (held 5%).
b. The legal representative was changed as Mr. Zhang Lianqing, and he also was the executive director of the company.
c. The supervisor was Mr. Bai Guangsheng.
d. The company type was limited liability company (state controlled).
e. New articles of incorporation.
(6) On 30th, May, the Thailand commissioning project was established. Mr. Zhao Feng was appointed as the manager, and Mr. Song Hongwei and Mr. Dong Zhijing was the deputy manager.
(7) On 30th, May, the chemical cleaning centre was established, and Mr. Fu Shaohua was appointed as the director.
(8) On 10th, June, we won the bid of Iraq Salah al-Din 2×630MW Oil and Gas Fired Power Station training and trial operation project.
(9) On 11th, July, the Nigeria O&M Project Overhaul Company was established.
(10) On 12th, August, our company’s commissioning projects Saudi Arabia Rabigh Independent Power Plant 2×660MW Unit Project and Oman Salalah 445MW Combined Circulation Unit Project were awarded ‘China Power Quality Engineering Award (Abroad)’.
(11) At 11:18 a.m. of August 19th, the opening ceremony of Chemical Cleaning Centre was held.
(12) On 21st, August, the company appointed Mr. Zou Zhiyong as Project Manager of Saudi Arabia Zawar O&M Project, appointed Mr. Wang Jian as Deputy Project Manager and Manager of S&P Department, appointed Mr. Zhang Chuanhong as Deputy Manager of Operation Department.
(13) On 26th, August, the company appointed Mr. Chen Ting as Deputy Manager of O&M Department, and Mr. Su Yongde as Manager of S&P Department of the O&M Department.
(14) On 10th, October, the company appointed Mr. Tao Yonghong as Deputy Manager of SA Zawar O&M Project and dismissed his position of Deputy Chief Engineer of Nigeria Ogun O&M Project.
(15) On 15th, October, the Indonesia East Kalimantan Project was established. Company appointed Mr. Su Yongde as Project Manager of this project.
(16) On 16th, October, the company successfully won the bid of commissioning project for 2×135MW Captive Power Plant of Jingang Circular Economy Industrial Park, Division 4 Regiment 73.
(17) On 22nd, October, the Xinjiang Jingang Project was established, Mr. Shi Huaiwei was appointed as Project Manager, Mr. Dong Zhijing was appointed as Project Chief Engineer, Mr. Xiong Guoxi and Mr. Chu Wenqiang were both appointed as Project Deputy Chief Engineer.
(18) On 22nd, October, our company passed the reexamination of quality, safety and environment.
(19) On 31st, October, CEPCA awarded the certificate of enterprise credit grade in the AAA grade to our company, and the credit grade of our company was increased from AA grade to AAA grade.
(20) On 11th, November, the <660MW Oil-Fired Unit without Human Intervention FCB Technology> helped our company winning second prize of science & technology from CACEM, and Mr. Li Shanggang, Deputy Manager of Huafeng Weiye Company, Mr. Lv Tao, Chief Engineer, and Mr. Chu Wenqiang, Commissioning Chief Engineer, won third prize of China Power Construction Science and Technology Awards.

2013
(1) On 24th, January, the general manager of Huafeng Weiye Company was changed from Mr. Wei Huazheng to Mr. Ni Jiawei.
(2) In April, our company won the bid of India Cuddalore Phase I 2×600MW Power Station protection relay setting and coordination.
(3) On 6th, June, the board meeting was held in the meeting room on floor 8 of HTG Towers, 882-1 Tong An Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, and several decisions about capital increase, changing director, modifying articles were made on the meeting as follow:
a. All shareholders approved the <Stock Incentive Plan as The Capital Increase Prospectus> and agreed to increase the registered capital from 10,000,000 RMB to 20,000,000 RMB. Among the increased 10,000,000 RMB, the HTG Group Company funded 1,800,000 RMB, Mr. Ni Jiawei funded 5,000,000 RMB, and Mr. Shi Huaiwei funded 3,200,000 RMB, while Mr. Wei Huazheng didn't fund. After the increase, the HTG Group Company accumulative funded 10,800,000 RMB, which was 54% of the registered capital; Mr. Ni Jiawei accumulative funded 5,000,000 RMB, which was 25% of the registered capital; Mr. Shi Huaiwei accumulative funded 3,200,000 RMB, which was 16% of the registered capital; Mr. Wei Huazheng accumulative funded 1,000,000 RMB, which was 5% of the registered capital. Other shareholders gave up the subscribing priority.
b. Dismissed the directorships of Wei Huazheng and Liu Naie, voted Tan Yongqiang and Ni Jiawei as directors, and the new board members were Wang Weisan, Tan Yongqiang and Ni Jiawei.
c. New articles of incorporation.
(4) On 9th, June, the company finished its industrial and commercial change according to the decisions mentioned above.
(5) On 15th, June, the India Jhajjar commissioning and performance test project taken by the company passed the review from CEPCA, and it was awarded the 2013 Annual China Power Quality Engineering Award (Overseas) which was the only project got this award.
(6) On 21st, June, our company got five ISO9001:2008 certificates from the SGS Company.
(7) On 25th, September, our company passed the 2013 Annual Inspection of Credit.
(8) On 28th, October, our company passed the external audit of quality, environment and OSHM.
(9) On 18th, November, our company held the strategic cooperation contract signing ceremony and senior consultant recruiting ceremony with Gansu Huajie Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
(10) On 25th, November, our company successfully won the bid of Yichun circular economy park waste incineration power plant commissioning project held by Beijing Zhongke General Energy Environment Protection Co,. Ltd.
(11) On 1st, December, the Nigeria Ogun Power Plant O&M Project was established.
(12) On 31st, December, our company merged into SEPCO III and became the subsidiary of SEPCO III.

2012
(1) On 4th, January, our company signed the five-year Nigeria Olorunsogo Phase I 335MW (8x42MW) Single Circulation Gas Turbine Power Station O&M contract with Nigeria Pacific Energy Co.,Ltd.
(2) On 6th, January, Huafeng Weiye Company got the class A qualification certificate for power generation project and power transmission project commissioning.

2011
On 28th, November, Huafeng Weiye Company passed the ISO14001 certification and the OHSAS18001 certification.

2010
In August, our company signed the contract of (1×30MW) new project commissioning with National Bayan and Nangong Bio Energy Co., Ltd.

2009
(1) On 5th, January, Shanghai Bangdeng Electric Power Technology Consulting Service Centre (Shanghai Bangdeng Company) was established. The business scope and mode: technology consulting and technology service in the field of electric power engineering, selling high and low electric control original and complete equipment. Company type: company of unlimited liability.
(2) On 22nd, May, Huafeng Weiye Company finished its industrial and commercial change:
① New address: Floor 9, Building A, HTG Towers, 882-1 Tong An Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, Shandong, China.
② New articles of incorporation.

2008
(1) In March, 2008, our company signed the contract of O&M Service of Papalanto 335MW Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Station, Nigeria with SepcoIII; On 1st, November, our company signed the contract of India Rajasthan VSLP 1×135MW(CFB) Units EPC commissioning, performance test and trial operation technical service.
On 26th, March, our company (Huafeng Weiye Company) was merged by HTG Development Group Co., Ltd (HTG Group Company).
① HTG Group Company transferred 60% of the Huafeng Weiye Company stock right owned by Mr. Wei Huazheng in the price of 33,330,000 RMB 30% stock right owned by You Weihua in the price of 16,670,000 RMB. The ratio of investments registered in Huafeng Weiye Company constitution was: HTG Group Company invested 450,000 RMB and held 90% stock, and Wei Huazheng invested 50,000 RMB and held 10% stock.
② The new board members were: Wang Weisan, Zhuansun Shiqun, and Wei Huazheng. Wang Weisan was the chairman and corporate president. Liu Wensheng was the company’s supervisor.
(2) On 2nd, April, the signing ceremony of HTG Group Company merging Huafeng Weiye Company was held.
(3) On 5th, June, Huafeng Weiye Company increased the registered capital from 500,000 to 10,000,000 RMB. HTG Group Company invested 8,550,000 RMB and held 90% stock; Mr. Wei Huazheng invested 950,000 RMB and held 10% stock.
(4) On 23rd, October, the opening ceremony of HTG Tower was held. Huafeng Weiye Company moved to the HTG Tower.

2007

(1) On 22nd, October, our company signed the contract of State Power Sichuan Holdings Baima Power Plant 23# Unit (1*200MW) desulfurization and dedusting EPC desulfurization commissioning technical service.
(2) On 1st, November, our company signed the contract of India Rajasthan VSLP 1×135MW(CFB) Units EPC commissioning, performance test and trial operation technical service.

2006
On 31st, July, Qingdao Huafengweiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd was founded.
