Pakistan Haveli O&M Project Organizes Campus Recruitment Event with TEVTA of Punjab

To further enhance the localization level of the project and deepen vocational education cooperation between China and Pakistan, on August 3, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project, in collaboration with the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of Punjab, organized a campus recruitment event at the Government Technical Institute of Faisalabad.

At the event, the HR manager of the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project, along with a professional team composed of electrical and thermal control engineers, introduced the company’s development history, core business, talent cultivation system, and employment benefits to graduating students majoring in electrical and thermal control. They also provided one-on-one job interviews, skill assessments, and career planning guidance. Muhamamd Asghar, representative of TEVTA, stated, “The SEPCOⅢ team has proactively taken on social responsibilities by not only providing employment opportunities for graduates but also helping them acquire professional skills through systematic technical training, cultivating a large number of high-quality power talents for the local community.” Subsequently, TEVTA presented an appreciation certificate to the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project in recognition of its outstanding contributions to promoting local employment and talent cultivation.

Moving forward, the project will continue to implement the "localization and internationalization of personnel" strategy, strengthen cooperation with local governments and universities, and enhance the cultivation of localized power technical talents, contributing POWERCHINA’s expertise to the development of vocational education in Pakistan.
