On the morning of July 31, Huafeng Weiye Company held a symposium for the 2025 new employees and the opening ceremony of pre-job training at Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Peng Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huafeng Weiye Company, and Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
At the beginning of the meeting, the training coordinator announced the class committee members and student guidelines for this training session. Forty-two new employees introduced themselves in turn.

Subsequently, Peng Hong introduced the business segments, corporate honors, and the core competitiveness and achievements of Huafeng Weiye Company in the integrated commissioning and operation and maintenance business, leveraging the advantages of the EPCO full-industry chain. Peng Hong stressed the importance of adopting a zero-based mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a sense of community. He urged the new employees to uphold integrity, embrace the right outlook on life and values, and actively contribute to the company’s endeavors, laying a solid foundation for their professional careers.
After the symposium, the attending leaders and all new employees took a group photo. Moving forward, Huafeng Weiye Company will implement the established plan to further enhance the new employees’ professional knowledge and comprehensive skills in commissioning and operation and maintenance.
