The Guoneng Nangong Bio-Power Project is located in Nangong City, Hebei Province. It is a new 130t/h vibrating grate high-temperature and high-pressure boiler equipped with a 1×30MW single-stage extraction steam condensing turbine generator set. The boiler is produced by Jinan Boiler Factory, model YG-130/9.2-T; the steam turbine is designed and manufactured by Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., model number is N30-8.83; the generator is manufactured by Jinan Power Generation Equipment Factory, model is QF- 30-2, 30MW, rated voltage is 10.5kV, rated current is 2062A, rated power factor is 0.8.
The project was designed by Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co., Ltd., Shandong Electric Power Construction Second Engineering Company was responsible for installation, and Beijing Hualian Power Engineering Supervision Company was responsible for supervision. Our company is mainly responsible for system commissioning. It started to enter the commissioning in August 2010. Our company is mainly responsible for the commissioning work of the various units of the unit and the test and verification of electrical protection, automatic devices and measuring instruments during the whole set of the unit. In December 2010, the relevant commissioning work was completed on schedule, and the commissioning quality was excellent.
