Guodian Xinjiang Karamay 2×350MW cogeneration project is located in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Karamay City. The project is generally a 2×350MW cogeneration unit. The current project is a 2×350MW domestic supercritical, air-cooled, and coagulated cogeneration unit. Simultaneously constructing flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, while using plasma-free ignition, high-efficiency static electricity. New technologies such as dust removal. The project is a key construction project of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is one of the key thermal power projects that Guodian Group has put into operation in Xinjiang during the year. It is also an important heat source and power construction point in the overall heating planning and cogeneration planning of Karamay City. The project will play an important role in improving the environmental protection of Karamay City.
In July 2015, our company undertook the overall operation of the two 350MW coal-fired units of the power plant except for the coal handling system. After taking over, the unit has achieved safe production for 200 days and was highly praised by the owners.
