Uzbekistan Zarafshan Wind Power Commissioning and Trial Operation Project Completes One-week Audit by ADB

From May 12 to 18, the Uzbekistan Zarafshan Wind Power Commissioning and Operation Project, in coordination with the owner, UAE’s Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar), successfully completed a one-week special audit by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The audit team expressed high recognition for the project in areas such as fund utilization, environmental and social safeguards, operational compliance, and professional expertise.
During the audit process, the Huafeng Weiye Company Uzbekistan Zarafshan Wind Power Commissioning and Operation Project team, in coordination with the owner, compiled and submitted more than ten categories of core documents, including equipment operation and maintenance records, spare parts management ledgers, personnel qualification files, environmental monitoring data, community communication logs, safety training records, emergency drill plans, and fault handling reports. All documents were classified, indexed, and archived in accordance with the standardized format required by the ADB audit team, ensuring that every piece of data was traceable, every operation was documented, and every decision had a basis. The audit team fully affirmed the organizational capability, professional attitude, and data transparency demonstrated by the project team during this audit. On May 18, the project successfully passed the ADB audit.
In the next step, the project will take this audit as an opportunity to continuously optimize and improve its operation and management system, further enhance its international operation capabilities, and contribute greater strength to the high-quality development of the company’s overseas new energy business.
