2026-04-28

At 2:28 on April 26, Unit 2 of the Huafeng Weiye Company Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Cogeneration O&M Project was successfully started and synchronized to the grid on the first attempt, marking the successful completion of the 25-day C-level maintenance work.

The C-level maintenance of Unit 2 was the first maintenance since the power plant was put into operation. It covered 152 core tasks and 527 equipment maintenance tasks, including comprehensive maintenance of the boiler coal pulverizing system, anti-wear and anti-explosion inspection of the boiler four tubes, removal of coking and ash accumulation on the heating surface of the boiler water wall, inspection and maintenance of the turbine speed control system, and maintenance of leaking valves in the steam-water system.

Before the maintenance, the project team, leveraging its rich practical experience in unit operation and solid professional technical capabilities, assisted in preparing the C-level maintenance plan for Unit 2 and formulated special maintenance plans and safety control measures. During the maintenance period, the project team strictly fulfilled its operation control responsibilities, rigorously adhered to safety operation procedures, and comprehensively carried out core tasks such as isolation of common systems, implementation of maintenance safety measures, risk control of hazardous operations, and on-site operation monitoring. Ultimately, the project team efficiently completed more than 500 maintenance items, 2 technical modification items, and 25 test items including boiler dynamic field tests. After the maintenance, the performance of various unit indicators improved significantly, providing a strong guarantee for stable power generation during the summer peak demand period.

In the next step, the project will continue to follow the requirements of the company’s "Year of Project Management Improvement" campaign, comprehensively summarize the experience in unit operation and maintenance, conduct comparative analysis of unit parameters after maintenance, continuously strengthen unit operation control, optimize unit operating conditions, and make every effort to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the power plant.
