SWA Presents Letter of Appreciation to Company

On April 22, Huafeng Weiye Company received a Letter of Appreciation from the owner of the Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair O&M Project, the Saudi Water Authority (SWA). The letter highly affirmed and expressed sincere gratitude for the outstanding technical strength and proactive responsibility-taking spirit demonstrated by the Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair O&M project team in resolving the ST40 control oil issue.
Since January 15, the ST40 unit of the Saudi Arabia Ras Al Khair Power Plant had been unable to start normally due to low control oil pressure. As the unit was within the host equipment warranty period, although the manufacturer conducted extensive analyses and made numerous suggestions, the unit still failed to be started after multiple attempts over a period of three months. During this period, the power supply and water supply guarantee for the entire plant were severely affected. Faced with this difficulty, the owner proactively contacted the project O&M team to seek professional support. The project O&M team responded immediately, rapidly integrated technical expert resources from within Huafeng Weiye Company, actively helped the owner solve problems and provided suggestions, quickly identified the direction for analysis, accurately pinpointed the root cause of the fault, and successfully restored normal startup of the unit on April 21. The successful completion of this technical breakthrough not only effectively avoided economic losses for the owner but also provided a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the entire plant’s power and water supply systems, earning high recognition and praise from the owner.
