Pakistan Haveli O&M Project Hosts Eid al-Fitr Appreciation Event for Local Staff

In order to further strengthen localized management and foster a united and harmonious team atmosphere, on March 21, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project organized an Eid al-Fitr appreciation activity for its Pakistani employees.
At the event, the project distributed Eid al-Fitr gift packages to its Muslim employees, extending sincere festive greetings and best wishes to them. Song Tongtong, Deputy Project Manager, on behalf of the project, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Pakistani employees who remained dedicated to their posts throughout Ramadan, highly commending their significant and longstanding contributions to the project’s safe production and operation.
During this year’s Ramadan, the project paid close attention to the health status of its Muslim employees, reasonably adjusted working hours, moderately shortened working periods, and scientifically arranged rest intervals. While respecting local religious and cultural customs, it implemented a series of practical measures to embody the company’s people-oriented management philosophy, further bridging the distance between Chinese and Pakistani employees and effectively strengthening the sense of belonging and identification among Pakistani staff.
Moving forward, the project will take the "Year of Project Management Improvement" campaign as an opportunity to continuously advance the strategy of "localization and internationalization of personnel", efficiently utilize local resources, and support the steady and long-term development of the company’s overseas business through high-quality contract performance.
