Company Initiates First Lesson Initiative for Safe Production Resumption

To ensure a solid start for safe production and work resumption after the Spring Festival holiday, and to mobilize all employees to quickly refocus and settle into their roles, Huafeng Weiye Company organized its various units to carry out the "First Lesson" activity for safe production resumption from February 21 to 24.

This activity strictly adhered to the requirement of "lessons delivered by principal responsible persons, with full employee coverage". Project managers from both domestic and international projects, including the Morocco Jerada O&M Project, Saudi Arabia Yanbu Phase III O&M Project, Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project, and Linyi Hengxin New Energy O&M Project, personally delivered the lessons. Focusing on safety warning education, post safety operation procedures, and key points for hazard identification, they conducted in-depth analyses of potential "human" unsafe acts, "machine" unsafe conditions, and "environmental" unsafe factors that might arise during the post-holiday work resumption. They urged all project personnel to abandon complacency and gambling mentality. Concurrently, each project department simultaneously carried out hazard identification and rectification, as well as safety production training, effectively tightening everyone’s "safety mindset valve" and building a solid safety defense for the smooth resumption of work after the holiday.

This "First Lesson for Work Resumption" served both as an ideological mobilization meeting to gather focus and as a safety kick-off meeting sounding the alarm bell. It further clarified the direction and key tasks for annual safety production. Moving forward, Huafeng Weiye Company will take this as a new starting point to continuously deepen both symptom treatment and root cause analysis, strive to enhance the inherent safety level, and promote a sustained and stable improvement in the safety production situation.
