Successful Conclusion of 2026 Huafeng Weiye Company Cadre Training

On February 8, the first cadre training session of 2026 for Huafeng Weiye Company was successfully concluded. All members of the company’s leadership team and 50 participants attended the closing ceremony.

Peng Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huafeng Weiye Company, summarized the company’s main achievements during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, analyzed both domestic and international development trends, and elaborated on the core principles of the company’s "15th Five-Year Plan". He outlined the strategic direction, goals, tasks, and implementation pathways for Huafeng Weiye Company during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. He called on all participants to embrace new starting points, shoulder new responsibilities, and take new actions, contributing more wisdom and strength in commissioning and operations to the high-quality and sustainable development of the company. Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Huafeng Weiye Company, delivered a summary of the training. He emphasized the critical role of the professional competence and management capabilities of the cadre team in driving development, encouraging everyone to continue strengthening their learning, fulfill their duties with dedication, and transform what they have learned, reflected on, and realized into practical motivation and tangible results.

This training session, with its objectives of "political guidance, capability enhancement, practical empowerment, and team building", primarily featured specialized lectures and exchange discussions led by the company’s leadership. It marked a significant initiative to strengthen cadre team development in the inaugural year of the company’s "15th Five-Year Plan", providing a dedicated platform for strategic analysis and experience sharing among cadres at all levels. The training content covered strategic planning, project management, production management, safety management, marketing, business management, financial management, digitalization, performance evaluation management, reform and development of regional and specialized companies, integrity education, and more. During the training, participants engaged in thematic discussions in groups, focusing on the training topics.
