Morocco Jerada O&M Project Organizes A Series of Chinese New Year Celebratory Events

From February 16 to 17, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a series of celebratory events titled "Golden Horse Brings Good Fortune." Chinese and foreign employees of the project department gathered together to celebrate the Spring Festival, experiencing the strong festive atmosphere and warmth of home in a foreign land, further enhancing the cohesion and sense of belonging within the project operation and maintenance team.
On New Year’s Eve, the project team led by the project manager visited the frontline to show their regards to the employees who remained at their posts during the Spring Festival, extending their sincere greetings and New Year blessings. Subsequently, the project department organized a "Making Dumplings to Welcome the Spring Festival" activity. Laughter and joy filled the cafeteria as everyone collaborated in their respective tasks—kneading dough, rolling out wrappers, and stuffing fillings. Employees from all corners of the country shared their hometown New Year customs while making dumplings, creating a warm and "home-like" atmosphere.
On the morning of the first day of the lunar new year, the project department meticulously organized a Spring Festival garden party. The event featured a variety of fun activities, including basketball shooting, riddle guessing, ring toss, three-legged race, and brisk walking, which were enthusiastically participated in by both Chinese and foreign employees. During the basketball shooting competition, everyone aimed at the hoop and made a mighty shot, earning rounds of cheers; in the riddle-guessing segment, participants flexed their mental muscles and competed to answer first, filling the venue with laughter; the three-legged race tested, with participants chasing each other and striving for the lead, pushing the atmosphere to its peak. In the brisk walking activity, everyone was energetic and stepped with vigor, showcasing a spirited and uplifting demeanor.
The launch of this "Golden Horse Brings Blessings" series of activities not only enriched the festive cultural life of employees and alleviated their homesickness, but also strengthened the bonds between Chinese and foreign staff. Everyone expressed their determination to approach on-site operations with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach in the new year, striving to efficiently accomplish annual project goals and fulfill commitments with high quality, thereby supporting the steady and long-term development of the company’s overseas business.
