2026-02-09

As of February 8, the two units of the Indonesia Bengkulu 2×100MW coal-fired power plant, operated and maintained by Huafeng Weiye Company, have achieved 100 days of safe operation. The cumulative power generation exceeded 274 million kilowatt-hours, with the grid AFPM completion rate reaching 100%. With an outstanding record of "zero safety incidents, zero unplanned shutdowns, and zero environmental exceedances", the project has successfully accomplished the set goals of the "100-Day Safe Operation Activity after Taking Over".

Since officially taking over the operation and maintenance of the power plant on November 1, 2025, the project team of Huafeng Weiye Company has adhered to the core requirements of "safety first, smooth transition, and lean operation and maintenance." Leveraging its professional technical expertise, the team has strived to overcome challenges such as equipment run-in, parameter adjustment, system analysis, unit start-up and shutdown, fault handling, hidden danger management, and safe operations. It has successfully completed more than 10 key tasks, including the first cold start of Unit 1 and sliding parameter shutdowns, providing a solid guarantee for achieving the 100-day safe operation goal. Currently, the operational indicators of both units surpass industry standards, injecting strong momentum into the energy supply security of the Sumatra region in Indonesia and receiving high praise from the owner.

In the next step, the project will, in accordance with the company’s "Year of Project Management Improvement" requirements, continue to deepen lean operation and maintenance management, continuously enhance the operational reliability and economy of the power plant equipment, explore optimal operation and maintenance strategies for circulating fluidized bed units under specific overseas conditions, and promote the higher-quality development of the company’s overseas business through excellent contract performance.
