Company Launches the First Cadre Training of 2026

To implement the strategic deployment of the "15th Five-Year Plan" and further enhance leadership performance capabilities, Huafeng Weiye Company officially launched its first leadership training program for 2026 on February 3. Over 60 participants attended the opening ceremony, including all members of the company’s leadership team, senior management, heads of headquarters departments, and heads of regional offices, specialized companies, and project sites.
At the ceremony, Peng Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huafeng Weiye Company, focusing on the company’s current development situation and the objectives of this training, and in conjunction with the company’s "15th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan and Huafeng Weiye Company’s corresponding sub-plan, emphasized the significant importance of strengthening the leadership team for efficiently carrying out the company’s "Project Management Improvement Year" activities and achieving a strong start for the "15th Five-Year Plan". He put forward the following requirements for all trainees:
First, thoroughly summarize past practices, build development consensus by distilling experience and reflecting on gaps.Second, scientifically assess the current situation, firmly grasp development initiative by clearly identifying opportunities and challenges.Third, consciously unify thought and action, anchor development direction by aligning with strategy and serving the overall picture.Fourth, jointly plan for future development, unleash driving force for progress by strengthening responsibility and pursuing innovation and practical action.
This six-day training program closely aligns with the requirements of the company’s "Project Management Improvement Year" activities, focusing on the three major business segments of "Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance, and Technical Renovation". It aims to unify thinking, strengthen strategic awareness, and enhance capabilities. The training primarily takes the form of specialized lectures and exchange seminars led by the Huafeng Weiye Company leadership team, guiding all participants to comprehensively summarize experience, scientifically assess the situation, consciously unify thinking, jointly plan for development, accurately address shortcomings, enhance capabilities, boost momentum, and make every effort to drive a successful start and smooth progression for the company’s "15th Five-Year Plan", empowering and strengthening the high-quality development of the company’s commissioning and operations business.
