Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW CHP Project Marks 400 Days of Safe and Stable Operation

On December 3, the newly built peak-shaving heating unit at the Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW CHP O&M Project achieved 400 days of continuous safe and stable operation, with a cumulative power generation of 2.1944 billion kWh and a heat supply of 291,964 GJ.
Since entering the site, Huafeng Weiye Company’s project team has faced multiple challenges such as a complex on-site environment, tight deadlines, and heavy workloads. Following the approach of "Risk Pre-control as the Foundation, Equipment Optimization as the Priority, and Full-team Collaboration as the Core", they focused closely on project milestones to efficiently advance all on-site commissioning and operation tasks. Collaborating with all participating construction units, they successively completed tasks including the energization of the step-up substation and the startup/standby transformer, as well as boiler steam blowing for Units 1 and 2. Both units successfully achieved one-time grid connection and completed the 168-hour full-load trial operation. To date, all systems of the power plant are operating with stable parameters and the equipment is in good condition, demonstrating the strong technical capabilities and contract performance abilities of Huafeng Weiye Company’s project O&M team.
In the next step, the project team will continue to adhere to the working guideline of "Risk Mitigation, Contract Fulfillment, Management Strengthening, and Quality & Efficiency Enhancement". They will persistently optimize the O&M management system, strengthen safety production controls, comprehensively manage unit production and O&M tasks, and drive the project towards high-quality and efficient contract performance.
