Pakistan Haveli O&M Project Achieves 2025 Power Generation Target 30 Days Early

2025-12-03

At 0:00 local time on December 2, the cumulative annual power generation of the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project reached 6.256 billion kW·h, completing the 2025 annual power generation target 30 days ahead of schedule.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project has scientifically planned and implemented precise measures. In February of this year, the project successfully completed a 53-day major overhaul of the unit, comprehensively enhancing equipment health and laying a solid foundation for safe and efficient operation post-overhaul. Throughout the O&M period, the project has consistently adhered to the principle of "Safety as the Foundation, Striving for Every Kilowatt-Hour". It has diligently carried out the Three-Year Action Plan for Fundamental Improvement in Safety Production and the "Thunder Action", focusing efforts precisely on the annual power generation target. By optimizing equipment operation methods, the project has continuously improved unit operation efficiency and power generation performance, successfully completing the Seventh Annual Combined Cycle Unit Output Test (ACT). Furthermore, the project has balanced production operations with ecological and environmental protection, firmly advancing safety production protection, fire safety management, and safety culture construction. It has been honored with Pakistan’s "Annual Environmental Excellence Award" and the Pakistan National Fire Safety Award, further enhancing the company’s brand awareness and influence in the Pakistani power market.

The successful completion of this year’s annual power generation target fully demonstrates the professional technical capabilities and O&M management level of the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project. In the next step, the project will continue to follow the work guideline of "Risk Mitigation, Contract Fulfillment, Management Strengthening, and Quality & Efficiency Enhancement", continuously optimize the O&M management system, improve compliance operation levels, promote high-quality development of the company’s overseas business through excellent contract performance, and ensure the successful conclusion of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
