On July 24, Public Minister Zheng Zhihong from the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar and his delegation visited the Myanmar Thaketa O&M Project for investigation and guidance. They were accompanied by U Soe Thein, Governor of Yangon Region; U Bo Htay, Mayor of Yangon; Liu Ming, President of the Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar; Yan Jiong, Chairman of Yunnan Energy Investment Co., Ltd. ; and He Yuxiang, Chairman of the owner Union Resources & Engineering Thaketa Power Co., Ltd. (UREC).

Philippines San Marcelino & Lal-lo Solar PV O&M Project Combats Typhoon

On July 22, the Philippine Meteorological Bureau issued a red alert for heavy rain. Affected by Typhoon "Crising," the location of Huafeng Weiye Company’s Philippines San Marcelino & Lal-lo Solar PV O&M Project experienced extreme weather conditions such as torrential rain and strong winds. To combat the typhoon, the project team responded swiftly and deployed a comprehensive plan to carry out flood and typhoon prevention measures, ensuring the safety of on-site operations.
Iraq Garraf O&M Project Conducts Emergency Drill to Prevent Heatstroke

As the scorching summer heat continues, temperatures in the Garraf region of Iraq often exceed 50 degrees Celsius. To effectively address the risks of heatstroke caused by extreme high temperatures and ensure the health and safety of frontline employees, the Iraq Garraf O&M Project organized an emergency drill for heatstroke prevention on July 20.

Huafeng Weiye Company’s “Research and Application of Key Process Technology Innovation for Steam Turbine Maintenance in Power Plants” was awarded the First Prize of the 2025 Electric Power Innovation Award by the Shandong Electric Power Industry Association.
