Jordan DISI PV Commissioning and Trial Operation Project Achieves 1,000 Days of Safe and Stable Operation

On July 13, the Jordan DISI PV Commissioning & Operation Project achieved 1,000 days of safe and stable operation, with cumulative total power generation reaching 216,518,160 kWh.

Since taking over the O&M work on October 5, 2023, the company's project team, under the overall coordination and guidance of the Company’s EPC Project Department, has closely focused on power generation targets and continuously advanced refined equipment management. In the face of adverse factors such as Jordan’s summer heat, frequent sandstorms, and rising grid loads, the project developed specialized operation strategies, strengthened inspection and maintenance of key equipment including inverters, combiner boxes, SVG, and high-voltage lines, and implemented measures such as refrigeration system inspections and cable tie replacement, effectively improving equipment health and overall operational reliability. In terms of enhancing equipment power generation efficiency, the project relied on the SCADA system to monitor operating parameters in real time, optimized equipment operation modes based on meteorological conditions, and carried out regular PV panel cleaning campaigns, effectively mitigating the adverse impact of dust accumulation on power generation. Through strict implementation of hazard identification and closed-loop rectification, unplanned equipment outages were significantly reduced, and equipment availability continued to improve, providing a solid guarantee for the steady growth of power plant generation.

Going forward, the project will continue to follow the requirements of the company’s "Year of Project Management Improvement" campaign, further strengthen full-lifecycle equipment maintenance, deepen technical breakthroughs and emergency response capability development, continuously enhance the overall operational reliability of the power plant, and leverage high-quality performance to support the steady and long-term development of the Company’s overseas business.
