Xizang Zabuye Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integrated O&M Project Celebrates 500 Days of Safe Islanded Grid Operation

As of 24:00 on May 19, 2026, Xizang Zabuye Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integrated O&M Project has achieved 500 days of safe and stable islanded grid operation, with cumulative power generation reaching 215,860,520 kWh (including photovoltaic, solar thermal, and energy storage). This has injected strong momentum into energy supply security and green development in the Tibet region.

Since commencing operations, faced with an extreme environment of high altitude, severe cold, and oxygen deficiency, the Huafeng Weiye Company project team has always regarded safety production as its lifeline. The team has focused on equipment inspections, maintenance and servicing, technical supervision, and emergency support. They have strictly implemented standardized maintenance procedures, established a dual prevention system of "Risk Control + Hazard Management", efficiently completed all professional maintenance tasks for the mirror field, energy storage, heat exchange, electrical systems, and control systems, accurately addressed various operational hazards, and continuously optimized islanded grid operation parameters. This has provided solid support for the long-term safe and stable operation of the power station, fully demonstrating the Huafeng Weiye Company project team’s operation and maintenance strength and contract performance capability in extreme high-altitude environments.

In the next step, the project will take the 500 days of safe islanded grid operation as a new starting point, continuously strengthen full life-cycle equipment maintenance, deepen technical breakthroughs and emergency response capacity building, and make every effort to ensure the long-term safe and efficient operation of the power station. Through concrete actions and tangible results, the project will help the company’s new energy business achieve high-quality development steadily and sustainably.
