Indonesia's Bengkulu O&M Project Achieves Milestone with Dual-Unit NDC Test Completion

On April 7, the Huafeng Weiye Company Indonesia Bengkulu O&M Project successfully completed the dual-unit NDC test. This test was conducted as required by the local Indonesian grid dispatch. Its core task was an 8-hour full-load capacity assessment for the two units, with the assessment results serving as a key basis for the power plant’s electricity billing.
In the preparatory phase before the test, the project team made comprehensive arrangements and advanced plans, consistently adhering to the work principles of "High Standards, Strict Requirements, Detailed Orientation, and Practical Implementation". Based on the load requirements of the units, they precisely carried out optimization work including coal blending for the boiler, combustion air adjustment, and circulating water regulation for the turbine. Meanwhile, the project O&M team collaborated with the owner to further improve the electrical metering collection and system data statistical processes, laying a favorable foundation for the smooth execution of the test. During the test, the project O&M team worked efficiently in the main control room, strictly implementing the system of fixed personnel at fixed posts, closely monitoring various unit parameters, and collecting and recording power data in real time through continuous inspections. With all team members performing their respective duties and cooperating closely, the two units ultimately operated stably at full load throughout the 8-hour assessment period, with all parameters meeting the required standards.
The test was a complete success, successfully passing the grid assessment and earning high praise from the owner. Moving forward, the project department will deeply implement the "Project Management Improvement Year" management practice, continuously enhance the lean operation and maintenance management level of the project, and promote the high-quality development of the company’s overseas business to a new level through high-quality performance.
