Rizhao Shangang O&M Project Organised a Mobilization Meeting for the 2024 “Summer Peak Readiness" campaign

In order to comprehensively implement the work deployment of the "Summer Peak Readiness" campaign for 2024 by the Company, and to ensure the efficient and orderly implementation of various safety production tasks, the Rizhao Shangang O&M Project organized a mobilization meeting for the "Summer Peak Readiness" campaign on the afternoon of June 3rd. The project leadership team and key position management personnel attended the meeting.

 

At the meeting, attendees conducted a study session on the "Notice on Carrying Out the 2024 'Summer Peak Readiness' Work" issued by the Company. They carefully interpreted the work plans and task objectives outlined in the document. Based on the actual situation, the project formulated a practical "Summer Peak Readiness" work implementation plan, specifying the main tasks and deploying key work tasks. This laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the upcoming "Summer Peak Readiness" work. Finally, project manager Gao Shiqin put forward the following requirements regarding the 2024 "Summer Peak Readiness" work:

 

Firstly, strictly adhere to various safety regulations and strengthen the institutionalized and standardized management of on-site safety production, ensuring that each step is strictly followed according to regulations. By implementing these regulations, promote orderly and steady progress in safety management work.

 

Secondly, deepen equipment inspection and maintenance work, strengthen the daily inspection, regular maintenance, and defect rectification of unit equipment. Focus on key inspections for important equipment, effectively improve equipment reliability, and comprehensively ensure the healthy operation of equipment.

 

Thirdly, optimize and improve emergency plans, conduct regular emergency drills solidly, closely monitor and warn against potential safety risks, and effectively prevent and control all types of safety accidents, especially major accidents.

 

Fourthly, intensify training and education efforts, continuously conduct various safety training and skill enhancement courses, and consistently elevate employees' sense of responsibility and safety skills. This will further strengthen the safety prevention capabilities at the project site.

 

Next, the Rizhao Shangang O&M Project will, in accordance with the deployment of the "Summer Peak Readiness" work, clearly define and refine the division of responsibilities and specific measures. This will ensure the solid and orderly progress of all aspects of the "Summer Peak Readiness" work, and fully guarantee the safe and stable operation of units during the high-temperature period in summer.
