At 17:00 on November 23, the chemical water production system of the Qinghai Gonghe Phase II 100MW Solar Thermal Commissioning Project successfully produced qualified demineralized water. This successful milestone not only marks a breakthrough in the water system commissioning of the project but also lays a solid foundation for water quality assurance in project production performance.
To ensure the successful production of qualified demineralized water by the chemical water production system, the project team of the Qinghai Gonghe Phase II 100MW Solar Thermal Commissioning Project of Huafeng Weiyeh Company has set key targets for the commissioning of the chemical water production system. They have developed a detailed implementation plan, strictly following the commissioning standards of solar thermal power plants. This includes pre-treatment equipment flushing, precise installation of reverse osmosis membrane elements, calibration of dosing systems, and debugging of online water quality monitoring devices. During the commissioning process, the project team collaborated with all participating units to monitor water quality indicators in real-time, efficiently addressing issues such as excessive suspended solids in the initial phase. Through strict control of compliant procedures and precise parameters, they ensured the stable production of qualified demineralized water.
The successful production of qualified demineralized water has laid a favorable foundation for subsequent core commissioning tasks such as steam-water system flushing, salt dissolution, and overall startup of the units.
