To further strengthen on-site safety management and enhance the project’s emergency response capabilities, Haixi CSP O&M Project organized an emergency drill for a reheater molten salt explosion-proof membrane rupture incident at 3:00 PM on July 30.

This drill was based on a molten salt leak at the project, simulating various aspects such as equipment rescue, emergency evacuation, and first aid for the injured. During the drill, participants accurately identified the type of incident, swiftly entered the scene for emergency response, effectively controlled the situation, and prevented the incident from escalating into a major safety accident. Throughout the exercise, participants had clear roles and worked in harmony. From incident detection to emergency response, on-site handling, and post-incident evaluation, each step was conducted in an orderly manner following the established procedures. The drill comprehensively tested the project’s emergency response capabilities and achieved the expected results.

Moving forward, the project will continue to strengthen equipment maintenance and management, conduct in-depth hazard investigation and remediation, further fortify the safety production line, and make every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the units.
