Company Organizes Employee Skill Level Certification Exams

To further enhance employees' professional skills and motivate front-line staff to continuously improve their overall qualities and business capabilities, the Company organized the July 2024 employee skill level certification exams on the afternoon of July 23. The exams were set up by 35 projects of the Company, with 600 participants in total.

 

The certification exams were conducted according to various professional standards, such as the "Skill Level Certification Management Standards", "Production Personnel Authorization Management Standards", and other related institutional documents, in line with the company's talent development plans. The exams covered levels 1-4 for specialties including thermal engineering, performance testing, maintenance, machinery, BOP, thermal control, electrical, chemistry, and centralized control. During the exams, each test center maintained strict discipline, the process was orderly, and all participants successfully completed their exams.

 

The comprehensive skill level certification is an important measure for the Company to implement the 2024 "Management Improvement Year" requirements, furthering the company's talent training and development initiatives. The results of these certification exams have been widely used in employee qualification management, authorization management, and position adjustments, significantly enhancing the professional skills and learning enthusiasm of relevant personnel. This has provided a promotion pathway for employees with higher professional skill levels.

 

Moving forward, the Company will adhere to the principles of "high standards, strict requirements, meticulous attention to detail, and practical implementation" as it continues with the paper review and subsequent certification work according to the certification plan.
