On August 26th, the Company successfully signed the 2024 annual technical service contract for the entire plant of Guoneng Qingyuan Power Plant Phase I, adding new achievements in technical supervision for 1000MW units.

 

Guoneng Qingyuan Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Shakou Town, Yingde City, Qingyuan. The plant is planned to have four 1000MW coal-fired generating units. Phase I includes the construction of two domestically produced 1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units, utilizing double-reheat technology. The project also involves the simultaneous construction of high-efficiency flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal systems. Once completed, the power plant will become a key component of the "West-to-East Power Transmission" corridor and an important power source for the northern Guangdong grid. It will effectively promote the coordinated economic and social development of northern Guangdong and the Yingde region. This project will also play a positive role in accelerating the construction of Guangdong Province's "One Core, One Belt, One Zone" regional development pattern and revitalizing eastern, western, and northern Guangdong. The scope of services under the contract signed by the Company includes testing, project management, and professional indicators for eight supervision disciplines: chemistry, environmental protection, relay protection, insulation, power quality, turbines, boilers, and thermal engineering. The company will also provide related technical test reports.

 

This signing marks a significant breakthrough for the Company in the field of technical supervision for 1000MW units, further enhancing the company's brand influence and competitiveness in the industry. Moving forward, the project team at the Company will fully leverage its professional and technical advantages, implementing more refined management and providing higher-quality services to ensure the successful execution of the technical supervision project, driving efficient contract fulfillment.
