Hongtai Plaza Trade Union organized a "Summer Cooling" outreach

To effectively implement heat prevention and cooling measures, and to care for the health and well-being of employees, the Hongtai Plaza Trade Union actively responded to the call of the Laoshan District Federation of Trade Unions. On August 13th, the union organized a "Summer Cooling" care event. The event was attended by Peng Hong, Chairman of the Hongtai Plaza Trade Union, Party Secretary of the Company, and Chairman of the Board, along with other relevant personnel.
During the event, the Hongtai Plaza Trade Union distributed nearly 20,000 RMB worth of relief items provided by the Laoshan District Federation of Trade Unions, including bottled water, beverages, floral water, essential balm, and soap, to frontline employees of the seven member union units. They also reminded everyone to take precautions against heat and stay protected, providing a "sunshade" of care for the union members during the summer.
The "Summer Cooling" event is an important initiative aimed at building harmonious labor relations and promoting the healthy development of the company. Through this event, employees truly felt the genuine care and support from their "union family," which further boosted their motivation and sense of belonging. Going forward, the Hongtai Plaza Trade Union will continue to serve as a bridge, striving to create a better working environment and atmosphere for all members, and contributing greater strength to the company’s sustainable, high-quality development.
