To enrich employees' extracurricular cultural life and enhance team cohesion and unity, Morocco Jerada O&M Project organized a hiking and climbing team-building activity for both local and international employees on September 15. This event effectively fostered teamwork among project staff and promoted cultural exchange between local and international employees.
Before setting off, the project team briefed all employees on the discipline and precautions for the activity to ensure its safety and smooth execution. Subsequently, everyone departed from the Jerada power plant gate and headed towards the mountaintop behind the plant. During the climb, participants breathed in the fresh mountain air, progressing with enthusiasm and energy along the steep and winding paths, and collectively enjoying the joy brought by exercise. The climb was long and fraught with challenges; along the way, everyone supported and encouraged each other, continuously strengthening team spirit and unity. They fully embodied the tenacious and hardworking spirit of the power construction team, overcoming personal limits and forging ahead. After a three-hour ascent, the group successfully reached the summit. From the top, the Jerada power plant came into clear view, evoking great excitement and pride among both local and international employees, who took many photos to commemorate this wonderful and unforgettable moment.
The hiking activity fully reflected the project's humanistic care, showcasing the team's positive and determined spirit in overcoming challenges.
