On the afternoon of September 4th, local time, the Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) held an award ceremony to recognize the outstanding contributions of the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project in talent development. The project received high praise and was awarded an honorary certificate. Project Deputy Manager Muhammad Jamil, Deputy Manager of the Production Technology Department Nauman Ali Sheikh, and Project HR Manager Muhammad Muddasser Mushtaq attended the meeting on behalf of the project.

Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), established as an educational training institution by the local government, aims to enhance the comprehensive qualities and professional abilities of young people through technical education and vocational training, cultivating skilled talent needed for the local economy and social development. During the meeting, TEVTA Director Muhammad Haider stated that in recent years, Pakistan Haveli O&M Project has actively responded to the local government's call for talent development by regularly recruiting and training recent graduates each year. Through diverse training programs, the project has helped participants grow comprehensively in various professional fields, contributing to the local power industry by reserving numerous skilled technical personnel. Muhammad Haider expressed high recognition and gratitude to the team for proactively taking on social responsibility, widely absorbing and training fresh graduates, and making outstanding contributions to local talent development and employment promotion. He also presented the project with an honorary certificate.

Since taking over the O&M work, the project has consistently adhered to the core values of "integrity, innovation, efficiency, and responsibility". Each year, the project actively engages with local universities, recruiting and hiring recent graduates from various disciplines and providing them with a reliable platform for learning and growth. Over the years, the project has delivered more than 110 high-quality professionals to the local community, effectively alleviating the shortage of skilled power industry personnel and easing employment pressure. This effort has also injected new momentum into the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the exchange and cooperation in vocational education.

In the next step, the project will continue to implement the strategy of "localization and internationalization" of personnel, fully utilize local resources, and strengthen project execution and control. While ensuring efficient project performance, the project will actively fulfill the responsibilities of a central enterprise, further enhancing the company's brand influence in the South Asian region.
