Morocco Jerada O&M Project held a 2024 New Employee Welcome Ceremony and Pre-job Training Opening Ceremony

Uniting New Strengths, Together We Write a New Chapter. On September 1st, the Morocco Jerada O&M Project welcomed 10 new employees. With high hopes, they stepped through the project's doors, embarking on a new journey in their lives.

 

On September 2nd, the Morocco Jerada O&M Project held a welcome ceremony for new employees and the opening ceremony for pre-job training. The project leadership team, department heads, and all new employees attended the event. During the ceremony, Project Manager Chen Hengwei delivered a speech, warmly welcoming all the new employees. The Comprehensive Department provided a detailed introduction to the project's overview and organizational structure and announced the 30-day pre-job training plan. Afterwards, the new employees introduced themselves one by one, sharing their thoughts on joining the company and expressing their plans and confidence for their future work.

 

Chen Hengwei, in line with the current operational status of the project, put forward the following four expectations for the new employees:

 

First, cherish the present, seize opportunities, and grow rapidly. The Company offers a broad development platform, and the Morocco Jerada O&M Project, as an overseas coal-fired power plant operation and maintenance project of the company, will provide abundant learning opportunities for the trainees. Everyone should take this training as an opportunity to focus on "recharging", gaining knowledge, honing skills, and laying a solid foundation. Make the most of your time and embark on your journey with determination.

 

Second, take the initiative to learn, think critically, and apply what you've learned. Build a solid safety barrier to prevent accidents related to personal and equipment safety.
