The First Civilian Heating Station of Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Combined Heat and Power O&M Project Put Into Operation

On November 10, the first civilian heating station of Linyi Hengxin Energy 2×350MW Combined Heat and Power O&M Project was officially put into operation, injecting strong momentum for the residents of Luozhuang District to enter a new stage of centralized heating.
Winter heating, which concerns the well-being of thousands of households, is an important livelihood project and a project close to the people’s hearts. To effectively ensure local residents have a warm winter, the project team of Huafeng Weiye Company, with the support of the Linyi Municipal Government and the owner Hengyuan Group, began in October this year to collaborate with all participating parties in solidly advancing the heating commissioning startup and trial operation preparations for the first station. During the critical commissioning phase before operation, the project team fully leveraged its technical and experiential advantages, overcoming multiple defects one by one, such as high motor temperature of the heating network make-up water pump, overcurrent of the drain pump motor, and abnormal exhaust steam heater. They also proposed technical improvement suggestions for the seal water system of the heating circulation pump to avoid damage to the sealing device, effectively enhancing equipment reliability and laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the first heating station.
On the day the first station was put into operation, Unit 2 efficiently completed the steam extraction capability test under 50% load condition. The maximum continuous steam extraction for the fifth stage reached 318 tons/hour, with an instantaneous heating capacity of 217MW. All indicators met the design values. This successful operation marks an important milestone breakthrough for the power plant. It not only fulfills the long-held expectation of Luozhuang District residents for centralized heating but also enhances the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and plant benefits through the CHP mode, achieving a "win-win" situation.
In the next step, the project team will take the successful operation of this first heating station as a new starting point, continuously improve the project’s O&M management level, earnestly fulfill social responsibilities, and promote the company’s high-quality and sustainable development through quality performance.
