Company Launches Second 2025 Training Program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs

On the morning of November 5, the company officially launched its second 2025 training program for Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs. Ma Yongfeng, Deputy General Manager of Huafeng Weiye Company, relevant department heads, and 27 trainees attended the opening ceremony.

During the ceremony, Ma Yongfeng emphasized the importance of strengthening the production management capabilities of core key personnel like Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs for solidly advancing the company’s "Management Innovation Year" initiatives. Based on Huafeng Weiye Company’s current situation and the purpose of this training, he put forward the following requirements for all participants:

This 14-day training program closely aligns with the company’s "Management Innovation Year" work requirements, focusing on strengthening the political literacy, leadership, and project control capabilities of key employees like Shift Leaders and Commissioning Chiefs, highlighting "Management" and "Value (Profit) Creation".
