Pakistan Haveli O&M Project Carries Out Signing Ceremony for 2025 Mentorship Program for New International Employees

In order to further strengthen the development of the international talent team and continuously advance the "Staff Localization and Internationalization" strategy, the Pakistan Haveli O&M Project held the signing ceremony for the 2025 "Mentorship" program for new international employees on October 28. Project management team members, heads of all departments, professional mentors, and all new international trainees attended the ceremony.
During the ceremony, the project leader announced the "Mentorship Management Measures", clarifying the purpose of the "Mentorship" program and the responsibilities of both mentors and trainees. Subsequently, several mentor-trainee pairs solemnly signed the "Mentorship" agreements. Representatives of the professional mentors and international trainees then made statements. The mentor representative committed to imparting knowledge unreservedly, acting as a stepping stone, fulfilling the role of guiding, instructing, and mentoring, and helping new employees adapt to their positions and grow into their roles as soon as possible. The international trainee representative expressed appreciation for the valuable learning opportunity, pledging to seek guidance earnestly, engage diligently in practice, strive to enhance professional capabilities, and live up to the expectations of the mentors and the project’s cultivation.
This "Mentorship" ceremony, tailored to the project’s characteristics and localization needs, aims to build an excellent, highly professional operations and maintenance team through the method of "knowledge transfer, assistance, and guidance", solidifying the talent reserve for the sustainable development of the company’s overseas business. In the next step, the project will continue to follow the company’s "Management Innovation Year" activity deployment, orderly conduct job skill training for international staff, deeply integrate employee training with onsite production and operations, continuously enhance the overall quality and professional skills of all employees, and strengthen the talent foundation for successful project execution and the company’s high-quality development.
