Linyi Heng New Energy O&M Project Achieves Successful Maximum Adjustment Amplitude Test for 140MW Peak Shaving and Frequency Regulation

At 14:00 on October 31st, under the guidance of the Shandong Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company (referred to as "Shandong Electric Power Research Institute"), the Linyi Heng New Energy 2 × 350MW cogeneration operation and maintenance project department of Huafeng Weiye Company successfully completed the maximum adjustment amplitude test of the 140MW deep peak shaving and primary frequency regulation. This test, Unit 1 of the project, as the first unit of this type to be tested by Shandong Power Grid, provided key practical experience for the verification of power grid related operations.

The experiment selected a 140MW deep peak shaving condition (40% Pe) and verified that the maximum adjustment amplitude of a single frequency regulation is 28MW. The core of the test is to evaluate the load regulation capability of the unit under the synergistic effect of DEH and CCS, ensure that the grid frequency is stable within the deviation range, and meet the technical requirements of the grid for frequency coordination control of the unit.

The Linyi Hengxin Energy 2 × 350MW cogeneration operation and maintenance project department of Huafeng Weiye Company attaches great importance to this test, scientifically plans and carefully deploys, organizes all project personnel to deeply study the test plan, conducts safety technical disclosure, analyzes the parameter changes that may be caused by load fluctuations, and formulates corresponding emergency response measures. During the testing process, specialized engineers from various disciplines monitored the entire process, and the operating personnel accurately executed dispatch instructions. Key parameters such as speed, load, steam temperature, and pressure were monitored in real time, and various abnormal working conditions were accurately handled. This provided strong technical support for the testing and was highly praised by the debugging personnel of Shandong Electric Power Research Institute.

The success of this experiment not only verified the deep peak shaving and frequency regulation performance of Unit 1 of the project, providing technical support for subsequent participation in power grid peak shaving, but also accumulated valuable operational experience for similar units in Shandong power grid. It has positive significance for improving the regional power grid frequency regulation capability and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
