Successful Signing of O&M Contract for Haixi Solar Thermal Power Plant

On November 4, the company successfully signed the O&M service contract for the Haixi Solar Thermal Power Plant. This signing not only represents the partner’s high recognition of the company’s technical strength and service quality in the field of solar thermal power generation but also provides strong support for the company to deepen its presence in the new energy power plant O&M market and consolidate its competitive industry advantages.

As one of the national first batch of multi-energy complementary integration and optimization demonstration projects, the project is located in Golmud City, Qinghai Province. It has a unit capacity of 50MW, adopts tower-type molten salt solar thermal power generation technology, is equipped with 4,400 heliostats each with an area of 138 square meters, and is configured with a 12-hour molten salt thermal energy storage system, enabling 24-hour continuous and stable power generation. The signed contract covers the full-cycle production operation and maintenance of the 50MW tower-type molten salt solar thermal power plant. Core contents include the specialized O&M of key systems such as heat collection, thermal energy storage and exchange, and the steam turbine generator unit, as well as full-chain services including heliostat cleaning and calibration, solar field road maintenance, infrastructure support, logistics management, and document standardization management.

Since taking over the O&M work of this power plant, the company project team has consistently adhered to the philosophy of refined management, focusing equally on technological innovation and stable production. From precisely adjusting equipment parameters to promptly handling various unexpected failures, from strengthening daily inspections to exploring innovative energy-saving technologies, the team has actively addressed numerous challenges restricting the increase of plant power generation. They have continuously improved the heliostat availability rate and the efficiency of the solar collector field, promoting the steady increase of the plant’s load factor and power generation efficiency. To date, the power plant has operated continuously, safely, and stably for 2237 days, with cumulative power generation exceeding 472.7 million kWh, achieving a new breakthrough in production capacity. This has earned full affirmation from the owner, laying a favorable foundation for the successful signing of this contract.

Moving forward, the company will take this contract signing as a new starting point, optimize service solutions around the core system O&M needs of the power plant, and continue to deepen the dual-drive model of "technological innovation + refined management". The company will implement the "Quality First" concept throughout the entire service cycle, ensuring equipment safety, stable operation, and continuous efficiency improvement through full-process refined services, contributing Huafeng strength to the high-quality development of the company’s new energy business.
